Our five-phase method of baking our traditional bread is simple but effective. We use Wheat (60%) and rye flour (40%) along with salt and yeast to provide a real authentic Polish bread taste.

Sliced bread or whole bread?

We are a true artisanal bakery and we only deliver products on the same day and never the next. It is possible to order sliced bread, but it may happen that our freshly made bread is still too hot to cut and pack it before the departure.
